Hand picked / Blend : 90% Grenache, 3% Cinsault, 5% Counoise, 2% Mourvèdre
A word from our Head Sommelier :
An ample and sensual rosé. Rose petal colour, nose dominated by wild strawberries and redcurrants. Still young in the mouth, with a background of small fruits. A texture well coated by a hint of acidity on a mineral note which gives it a beautiful freshness and a lot of tenderness on the finish.
To be chilled well before drinking (10-12° T) as an aperitif or to accompany fish dishes such as red mullet and lean meat, tajines, country-style charcuterie and mixed salads.
